Community Manager Lead / SMM Lead

Community Manager Lead is a key team member capable to manage other community managers in various regions and countries, provide overall monitoring of social channels, their activity, and keep it aligned with corporate communication strategy in each specific region. Provide initial information for local community managers to share and broadcast it to local markets with relevant adjustment in regards to local audience mentality. This person is a global brand ambassador in social network environment who can rapidly grow and nurture community worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Development and managing SMM strategy;

• Managing communities in the most popular social networks with local specifics (provide guidelines for local community managers);

• Pushing product knowledge into social channels worldwide;

• Managing overall list of users (target audience) including user metrics and dynamics;

• Managing global community activities including regular posts, reposts, shares, FAQs, etc. with cross-country interaction;

• Coordinating social advertising campaigns and promotions (provide schedules and budgets for SMM promotion);

• Monitoring overall SMM activity and effectiveness;

• Collaboration with design team to create relevant and effective visual support for SM content; Requirements

• Social network management expertise: Facebook, Telegram, Twitter, Asian social networks (WeChat, Kakaotalk, Line) will be a plus;

• Practical experience working with publications and media channels including blogs;

• Managerial experience (in multicultural environment);

• Fluent English, for corporate communications, upper-intermediate or higher. Other language is a definite plus. All communication in Social Media is in English;

• Proactive involvement in community life, timely interaction with users, user support;

• Redirection of relevant content worldwide into specific geo regions according to content’s target audience;

• Deep understanding of SM metrics;

• Understanding of financial market, trading, crypto currency will be a plus. резюме: [email protected]
