ABOUT US:

Exness is an international fintech company, was established in 2008 and since then has become one of the leading online trading brokers in the world. We are looking for an experienced SEO guru to establish our new search team in Cyprus. The role will be to build from the ground up, establishing best practices, educating stakeholders and coordinating ongoing visibility efforts, including onsite and offsite optimization. This is a role suitable for someone with an ambition to make their mark in the search world, with a vision of how to build a massive organic brand and to deploy a sizeable budget to achieve clear end results.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Using the current assets as a starting point, to build a localised SEO strategy for 20+ major markets around the world on desktop, mobile and voice.

• Develop and execute successful SEO strategies for “open waters” as well as directly against key competitors.

• Conduct keyword research to guide content teams on our various portals.

• Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes.

• Direct off-page optimization projects, including with third party publishers and to build up our own independent assets.

• Collect data and report on traffic, rankings and other SEO aspects.

• Keep abreast of SEO movements, including algorithm changes, and to push the limits but to be risk-averse to penalties.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as SEO Manager, Head of Search or similar role. You might be a senior manager looking to build a new team from a clean slate.

• Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices, with a clear experience in working with front end developers, content teams and commercial managers.

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS.

• Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. Conductor, Screaming Frog, MOZ) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends).

• Strong organizational and leadership skills. A network of key individuals for your team would be a selling point.

• Analytical mindset with numerical aptitude.

• Fluent English must have.
