A2Z Ltd. is a well-established EU-based translation company, serving clients throughout North America and Western Europe. It specializes in Hebrew, English and German translations, as well as in web-development of Hebrew teaching programs.

The main role of the Marketing Correspondence Manager is to work in cooperation with product creator in order to ensure the best B2C strategies and practices are used to build strong relations with already existing and potential customers.

ОБЯЗАННОСТИ:

- Compose letters and other correspondence to customers interested in learning Hebrew.

- Respond to customers’ questions and inquiries.

- Send personal invitations to Hebrew learning course.

- Maintain files that detail correspondence activity.

- Ensure correct customer information is included.

- Read, interpret and respond to incoming correspondence.

- Work with social networks to deliver the relevant information about the product.

ТРЕБОВАНИЯ:

- Good knowledge of English.

- Ability to write in different styles and to imitate the author’s writing style (the style of materials creator).

- Excellent written communication skills (grammar, spelling, punctuation, style and structure).

- Strong reading comprehension.

- Ability to solve clients’ problem.

- Stress management skills.

- Ability to stay organized and pay attention to details.

- No previous experience is required (but is a significant advantage).

- Knowledge of SMM and B2C strategies is a big plus.

УСЛОВИЯ:

- After applying you will receive a test task, which includes a requirement to familiarize oneself with the writing style of the materials’ creator and to compose a marketing text message about learning challenge.

- The position is 100% remote with changeable workload (but full-time online is required) and starting wage of 300$/month.
