The Account Executive role is a great opportunity to leverage sales skills and abilities in order to expand the number of restaurants that work with Uber Eats. We are looking for someone who is a natural at selling and knows where the best restaurants are in Ukraine, passionate about food and enjoys negotiating to build the best partnership. Your primary focus will be bringing on new restaurants that fit our partnership criteria and leverage your skills in pitching, negotiating and driving internal processes to set up our partnerships for success.

✅ What you’ll do:

- Leverage prospecting skills and relationships to build partnerships with brands and restaurants interested in Uber Eats in Ukraine.

- Manage contract negotiations aimed at establishing the foundation of a strong working relationship with our restaurant partners, including sustainable economics for both parties.

- Clearly communicate the value of Uber Eats and its newest products and projects.

- Help craft and redesign processes to ensure Uber Eats can move quickly and succeed at large scale.

- Work closely with product teams to innovate on our ability to grow our business & form best in world customer relationships.

💼 What you Need:

- Minimum 5 years of inside and / or field sales experience in high growth company.

- Experience in sourcing, negotiating and driving contracts to closure.

✅ What you’ll do:  

- Building and developing long lasting relationships with our restaurant partners by identifying their needs and implementing new initiatives that increase the impact of Uber Eats app on their business. - Increasing restaurant sales by optimizing processes in restaurants and developing existing partnership sales network. - Maintaining partnerships through the highest level of customer service. - Creating educational and marketing campaigns. - Collaborate with our internal marketing team to create promotions and engage partner restaurants to take part in them. - Collaborate with our support team to keep our partners satisfied. - Help in identifying and creating best practices for restaurant partners. - Your main task will be to work with restaurant partners to develop their sales at Uber Eats. In addition, you will have the opportunity to test your data analysis skills and look for scalable solutions, both marketing and operational.

💼 Requirements: This role requires a unique combination of sales, marketing and operational skills, ease in establishing interpersonal contacts and relationship management skills.

✔️ Desired characteristics and skills: - General knowledge of the HoReCa/food delivery/Gastronomic market. - The ease of establishing contacts. - Multitasking and independence. - Practical knowledge of office (with an emphasis on Excel). - Earlier experience in sales or customer management is welcome. - Developed listening and communication skills. - The desire to constantly develop and improve your own skills. - Infectiously positive attitude, commitment and determination. - Knowledge of English, enabling you to work in an international environment. ✅ What we offer:
