- 2+ years of experience in recruiting in the IT industry in the product, outsourcing, outstaffing companies or recruitment agencies

- Understanding of software development process, technologies, and methodologies

- Experience in full cycle recruitment process starting from direct search, headhunting of candidates to job offer negotiation and closing the deal

- Fluent English

🔎 Recruitment researcher

- Fluent English and excellent communication skills

- Сomplete higher education, availability and desire to have work full-time in a team of recruitment professionals

- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

🔎 Community manager

- Experience in internal communications

- Experience in Corporate event management

- Previous experience in HR or PR will be a plus

- Project management skills

🔎 Office Manager

- Upper-intermediate level of English

- Good communication, problem-solving and time management skills

- Ability to work independently and cooperate with a team

- Being proactive, attentive to details and good at multitasking
