Nowadays most of the financing comes from third parties such as brokers and other intermediaries. This adds to the cost, time and complexity of the process. Most of the systems used by investors are not fully automated, records can be changed, censored, and subject to the actions of the country’s domicile patriots.

FintruX Network is one of the world’s first blockchain based online marketplace and automated administration platform connecting borrowers, lenders, and specialized servicing agents, enabling them to configure and construct each borrower contract real-time. An unsecured loan is a loan that is not protected or secured by any asset. In this case the lender is taking a lot more risk and would likely charge a higher interest rate. The riskier the loan, the more expensive it will be. FintruX project use cascading levels of credit enhancement to improve credit worthiness. Through credit enhancement, the lender is provided with reassurance that the borrower will honor the obligation. FintruX Network holds back 10% of each loan as over collateralization for additional collateral. This serves as the primary level of security for lenders. Lenders convert the over-collateralization portion of their funding into FTX Token to be stored in the cross-collateralization pool as insurance. Local lenders may select from a list of local loans with varying incentives to act as a guarantor. Once committed, any left over unpaid delinquency or default will be covered by this guarantor. 5% of all FTX Tokens has been reserved to cover any unexpected losses when guarantors fail to deliver their promises. The borrower is funded within hours.
